Data we collect
Only what you enter in our forms: name, email, phone (optional), exam, exam date, chosen course and message. The diagnostic test, Exam Finder and converter run entirely in your browser: answers are never sent or stored.
Purpose and legal basis
To reply to your request and arrange your consultation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps), based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Retention
Requests without enrolment: up to 12 months. Student data: for the course and as required by tax law.
Recipients
Data is processed by our staff and our form-hosting provider (Netlify, Inc.) acting as processor. We never sell data.
Cookies
This site uses no profiling cookies or third-party analytics, so no cookie banner is needed. Any technical cookies are strictly necessary for the site to work.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdraw consent by writing to studio@bandnine.example. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
